New Eridu Defense Force

The New Eridu Defense Force is a military organization nominally under the New Eridu City Administration, although it has been shown that they are de facto indipendent and with many internal struggles, with the Mayor only holding so much sway over the army leaders. The NEDF have three main responsibilities: Deterring external threats, containing Hollows, and expanding into new territory. Not much is currently known about the Defense Force. They operate Scott Outpost, helping protect New Eridu by containing Hollow Zero. They have also been seen working in conjunction with H.A.N.D. and take their place when a Hollow grows too unstable for H.A.N.D. to manage, mobilizing a strike team to quickly suppress the Hollow by eliminating every living creature inside it. Rebel Soldiers are rogue members of the Defense Force who act for various private interests, or have defected.
