Nevertheless, these notorious thugs can easily instill fear in their victims with their makeshift equipment. A spiked metal bat and a modified double-barreled shotgun are all they need to establish themselves as the most feared brutes in the Hollow. According to investigators who have encountered them in the Hollows, these brutes enter an extreme state of euphoria during battle.
